This policy explains how to request deletion of account and stored data in AutoTechLog.
Stored data may include account details, customer data, vehicle data, booking requests, service reports, invoices, receipts, mileage logs, photos, PDFs, and public share metadata.
Send a deletion request to support@autotechlog.com. If in-app account deletion is available, you may also submit from My Account > Delete account.
For security, we may verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.
After verification, we process deletion requests within a reasonable period based on system and legal requirements.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete cloud-stored data. Some records may be retained temporarily for fraud prevention, security, backups, or legal compliance where required.
You remain responsible for customer data you enter into AutoTechLog and for satisfying legal obligations before requesting deletion.
